Delivery Made Simple

Delivery is FREE with Scot-Petshop for UK Mainland customers including Scottish Highlands.

Most deliveries to UK Islands and Northern Ireland are also FREE, however, we may have to charge for bulky, extra large, or heavy items over 2 kg in weight.  If you are unsure please contact us prior to placing your order on 01506 444868 or by email.  We do try our best to avoid any extra charges.

Mail and Couriers

All of our goods are sent using Royal Mail or reputable reliable courier companies. We use both Parcelforce and DPD as our service providers for courier deliveries.  They are both reliable and helpful, we have great confidence in all to deliver our orders on time and in good condition.

However, in the unfortunate event that your order or a part of your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 3 – 5 working days please let us know and we will investigate fully.
