 Courier info

Some of our goods are sent by courier. We use UK Mail also known as Business Post. They are very reliable and helpful company that we have great confidence in to deliver our orders on time and in good condition. 

However in the unfortunate event that your order or a part of your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 3 working days please let us know and we will investigate fully.

 Damaged or Delayed Orders

 Please let us know if a courier item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 3 working days. We can chase p delays or investigate damages with the courier and make sure your order is delivered. 

Royal Mail orders are all sent 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded or Signed Delivery, the delivery used depends on the value of your order. Royal Mail orders should arrive within 2 - 3 working days but can on occasion be delayed due to various factors i.e bank holidays, bad weather etc, if your order does not arrive within 3 working days please contact your local sorting office and drop us an email to let us know, however please be assured it is on it's way and will arrive. If for any reason it does get lost then we will fully investigate, make a claim with the Royal Mail an either refund or replace your order.
