Postage & Packaging Info

 1st Class Post Delivery

Postage and packaging costs vary for each product catagory, however this is very simple.  The cost of postage for each item is clearly detailed on each product, so you know exactly what you pay, mulitiple items purchased also receive a fantastic postage discount, saving you even more money.  

Items are normally dispatched within 2 - 3 days of purchase, however some items may take longer, if so this information will be displayed on the individual product listing.

Courier Delivery

Some of our goods are sent by courier. We use UK Mail / Business Post. They are very reliable and helpful. Costs are usually found within the item decription. There is usually an extra charge for Highland and Islands, Northern Ireland or outwith the UK. Please ask for extra costs if they are not listed.

Please let us know if your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 3 working days. We can chase the courier and will always assist with any claims.
